CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: Detailed info may be missing. This is a condensed version for you to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to my orders.
Pay up front or after sketch.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
You have the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase before a fee is addded.
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
I have the right to decline a commission if I deem unable to make it.
I will most likely post the art on social media.
Im still experimenting with my artstyle and shading style so please keep that in mind! The more recent ones are the closest to my current style.
You do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
You do not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

♡Commissions could take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.PRODUCT DELIVERY
♡Product will be delivered digitally through discord, vgen or email, depending where it was commissioned and what is desired.
♡Upon delivery of the product, it is the your responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by me. I can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that you lose the files.REVISIONS
♡Revisions are only during the sketch phase.
♡You have the right to 3 revisions. After I will charge 5$ unless its a mistake on my part.
♡Once sketches are approved, no changes will be made unless due to a mistake on my part.USE
♡You may post it on social media but credit is needed
♡ You can also use it as a banner or pfp.
♡ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited.REFUND POLICY
♡ Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the commission.

♡ Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. You will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
